I wish I could give you zero stars! Dorked up my kids haircuts yesterday afternoon, I returned to have them fixed, after SIGNING IN on their computer and WAITING 40 minutes, my kids noticed that their names were not on the waiting board. I asked and the manager looked us up. We’re somehow NOT IN THERE???!!! She entered our names and then told us it would be about an HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. I asked for a refund, the manager said she can’t do that, I asked to be bumped to head of the line she said she can’t do that. We left the store telling the other customers not to let them dork up their kids hair. Luckily another more reputable haircut place fixed what you ruined for free. We’ll be going there from now on.

I have been there a few times and it has been a great experience. Morgan cuts exactly what I ask for and the MVP experience is great.

I went in to get a haircut, which went great. However, after trying to renew my season pass, I found out that they only renew on the month of May and December. Well because of that I am taking my business somewhere else and I do not know if I will come back. Who ever decided to limited that service means people who are trying to get renewed or don't even know about this will get a shock just like I did. I will start going back if you guys remove this ridiculous limit on when you have to sign up for the Season Pass. Do you really think it makes business sense to limit a program that is so popular. I don't. Bring it back.
